The fifth Entrepreneurship Week at Mansoura University, titled ‘Towards Empowering Better Entrepreneurship, was a great success.

The event was attended by over 500 students and graduates from the university, along with some of the best entrepreneurs and successful models in entrepreneurship.
The event was held under the patronage of Prof. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of the University, and Prof. Mohamed Atia El-Bayoumi, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs. Dr. Mani Abu Al-Az, Executive Director of Professional Development Centers, supervised the event, along with Dr. Tarek El-Behy, Director of the Entrepreneurship and Employment Unit, and Heba Samir, Entrepreneurship Officer. Dr. Amr Ramadan, Professor Mohamed Al-Mansan, and the employment officers at the center were also present 1.
One of the highlights of the event was the speech given by Wael Refaat, CEO of CITA Incubator, who shared his insights on how young people can start their own projects. The event also included a study of ways to promote and develop entrepreneurship at the university.

Mansoura University has been committed to promoting entrepreneurship and innovation among its students and graduates. The university has established professional development centers to connect students and graduates to the labor market, as well as to measure their ability to face challenges in the labor market in accordance with digital transformation and technological development. The university has worked through these centers to qualify students and graduates for the local and international labor market, as the center includes an elite group of professionals and specialists in training and qualification.
It’s heartening to see universities like Mansoura University taking the initiative to promote entrepreneurship and innovation among their students. Such events not only provide a platform for young entrepreneurs to showcase their ideas but also help them learn from the experiences of successful entrepreneurs. I hope that more universities follow in the footsteps of Mansoura University and take steps to promote entrepreneurship and innovation among their students and graduates.

حقق أسبوع ريادة الأعمال الخامس بجامعة المنصورة، بعنوان “نحو تمكين رواد أعمال أفضل”، نجاحًا كبيرًا. وحضر الحفل أكثر من 500 طالب وخريج من الجامعة، إلى جانب نخبة من أفضل رواد الأعمال والنماذج الناجحة في ريادة الأعمال.
أقيم الحفل تحت رعاية أ.د. شريف يوسف خاطر رئيس الجامعة، وأ.د. محمد عطية البيومي نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون التعليم والطلاب. وأشرف على الفعالية الدكتور ماني أبو العز المدير التنفيذي لمراكز التطوير المهني، إلى جانب الدكتور طارق البهي مدير وحدة ريادة الأعمال والتوظيف، وهبة سمير مسؤول ريادة الأعمال. كما حضر الدكتور عمرو رمضان والأستاذ محمد المنسان ومسؤولي التوظيف بالمركز.
وكان من أبرز الأحداث في هذا الحدث الكلمة التي ألقاها وائل رفعت، الرئيس التنفيذي لحاضنة SITA، والتي شارك فيها أفكاره حول كيف يمكن للشباب أن يبدأوا مشاريعهم الخاصة. كما تضمنت الفعالية دراسة سبل تعزيز وتطوير ريادة الأعمال في الجامعة.

تلتزم جامعة المنصورة بتعزيز ريادة الأعمال والابتكار بين طلابها وخريجيها. أنشأت الجامعة مراكز التطوير المهني لربط الطلاب والخريجين بسوق العمل وكذلك قياس قدرتهم على مواجهة تحديات سوق العمل وفق التحول الرقمي والتطور التكنولوجي. وقد عملت الجامعة من خلال هذه المراكز على تأهيلهم الطلاب والخريجين لسوق العمل المحلي والدولي حيث يضم المركز نخبة من المهنيين والمتخصصين في التدريب والتأهيل.
ومن المشجع أن نرى جامعات مثل جامعة المنصورة تأخذ زمام المبادرة لتعزيز ريادة الأعمال والابتكار بين طلابها. ولا توفر مثل هذه الأحداث منصة لرواد الأعمال الشباب لعرض أفكارهم فحسب، بل تساعدهم أيضًا على التعلم من تجارب رواد الأعمال الناجحين. وأتمنى أن تحذو المزيد من الجامعات حذو جامعة المنصورة وتتخذ خطوات لتعزيز ريادة الأعمال والابتكار بين طلابها وخريجيها
