With her wide reservoir of HR experience, Human Development, Coaching and business knowledge; Dr. Azza El Bendary has held various leading HR executive positions across a pool of diversified sectors.
 
Having graduated from the American University in Cairo with a Degree in Middle Eastern Studies, Dr. El Bendary attained her Doctorate Degree in Emotional Intelligence and its effect on Employees performance in 2008. Capitalizing on her vigorous experience in human development, Dr. El Bendary has been teaching HRM (Human Resources Management) as well as Organization Behavior for MBA students in the Arab Academy, Eslesca & the Canadian chamber.
 
Driven by her passion for people development, Dr. El Bendary studied “Life Coaching” and attained completion of 116- ICF contact hours as a Life Coach from the “Coaches Training Institute – CTI” USA 2009. She is certified as an Organization and Systems Relationship Coach from “Center for Right Relationships-CRR-USA, ICF 2010.
 
Dr. El Bendary is also an SHL certified Assessor, as well as a certified pro in Human Resources & Compensation from IHRME and a member of the British Psychology Society – BPS ; in addition, she is certified as a MBTI Step 1 & 2 Myers Briggs Type Indicator from Heart to Heart Consulting & Human Development 2016.
She is a NLP Master Practitioner – INLPTA , USA & Trainer 2016 & Certified Reiki Master practitioner as well.
 
She also attained a Diploma of Systemic Coaching for Organizations Bert Hellinger Institute– Netherlands & a Diploma in the Art & Science of Family & Systemic Constellations certified from The Centre of Systemic Coaching, UK 2019.
 
She is a certified Enneagram Master Practitioner, IEA- USA, Certified Enneagram Practitioner from Enneagram Egypt. She has successfully completed Enneagram for Business Awareness to Action Certificate, USA 2019. She is a Certified as well as Enneagram in Business coaching 1.0 & 2.0, ICF 2019.
 
She is a Certified Executive Coach (ECCP) from Leadership Coaching Excellence Academy LCE, ICF 2020. She is Certified Professional Coach (PCC) from ICF International Coaching Federation, USA. She became a Certified Director after completing the Corporate Directors Certification Program “CDCP” from the EIOD the Egyptian Institute of Directors 2021.
