I have more than 15 years of experience in management, training, development, career advising, and coaching. I facilitate sessions for youth all over the world and in almost all Egyptian governorates, with more than 7,000 trainees and 1,300 hours of mentoring, advising, and coaching. I have worked with multinational NGOs like UNDP and AUC and currently work with IECD and volunteer at Soliya. I have given talks in most of the universities in Egypt, recently at the Hertfordshire UK University in Egypt, as well as GUC, BUE, AAST, Bani Sawif, and many other universities. I am also a trainer of trainers and have trained leaders at youth and sports clubs. I have trained CSR employees on public speaking and trained blue and white-collar workers from Carrefour, Ezaby, Alcatel, and many more. Currently, I have my own initiative, “Your Career Way with Ammira Salem,” where we cover career news weekly.
