Sandra is the Co-Founder & CEO of COPE HR Management and Sokoon with over 20 years of Corporate Experience.

 

Before pursuing being an entrepreneur, Sandra was a Regional Director at IDH (Integrated Diagnostics Holding – Health Care sector) responsible for Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness.
Prior to IDH, Sandra held several progressive HR positions for over 14 years at Mobinil – Orange Egypt.
 
At the beginning of her career, Sandra contributed in the early start-up of skill-link.com, an online recruitment service provider where she began as a Career Analyst and within 3 years left as Corporate Operations Manager.
