Aliaa is the Admin & Facilities Manager at Johnson & Johnson, Medical Devices Egypt.

Aliaa has a diversified 18 years of experience in the Customer Service, Business Process Management, Business Quality Assurance, Project Management and Administration facilities in both Telecom industry and Medical Devices.

At JNJ Aliaa has been the BPM champion setting the standard business processes and procedures as per the business needs in addition to leading number of cross sector landmark projects like Change Management, One JNJ Office and Mobile service provider agreement.

Prior to joining JNJ, Aliaa was Lead, process Excellence at Mobinil, where she oversaw developing the Business Process Management methodology and establishing the company’s KPIs dashboard, in addition to the business quality assurance methodology as per the business needs and requirements.

Aliaa graduated from faculty of Commerce, Aliaa won 3 inspire awards with her current employer for leading big sized projects that impacted the cross-sector business.
