Rana is a Senior executive with over 25 years of Leadership and Managerial experience in the Telecom, Audit, and Finance sectors.

During the journey, Rana led many functions that included Operations, Finance, Internal Controls, Governance, Multi Company & Government Negotiations, Conflict Resolution, Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Public Relations, Management of Programs, and Effective Leadership. Functions sizes varied from 50 to 200 staff personnel from Director to technical staff.

Rana is high performing person with proven record of accomplishment in startup and mature operations. Ability to develop strategic long-term partnerships and communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders including shareholders, decision makers, government, and international and local organizations. being recognized as one of the top 50 Egyptian women impacting the economy of Egypt.

Currently, is the Vice Chairman & Business Transformation Advisor for Ezz El Arab Automotive Group.

Also, Rana is an Independent Board Member and Chairperson of Audit committee of Bank al Etihad of Jordan, Global Corp. Financial Services and Orascom Financial Holding.

Before that, Rana was part of the startup executive team of Mobinil and she led several functions during her journey in Mobinil (Orange), she she held the position of Chief Regulatory & Wholesale Officer, VP, Quality & Corporate Support, VP, Transformation and Chief Financial Officer.

Before Mobinil (Orange), Rana was the Director of Finance & Administration at The Welfare Association in the period from 1997-1998, Senior Finance Manager at Fast Link (Jordan) in the period from 1995-1998 & a Senior Auditor at Saba & Co. Deloitte & Touche in the period from 1988-1995.

Rana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration from University of Jordan and is Married & mother for 4 children.
